In the event the return label is not available, please email events@sullivanhardware.com to receive your return label. Please make sure the order number is included along with the reason for the return.

If you want to replace or exchange the product you have returned, please indicate this in your email request.

Returns for Order Shipped via Nationwide LTL

Please indicate your reason for returning the product and provide necessary details and photos as necessary. Once your request is received along with the dimensions and weights of the return shipment, we will set up the shipment for return.

All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer in full. This amount will be reduced from the overall refund. When the product is received back at our facilities, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction in the amount of the purchase price of the product less the associated return shipping costs.
