SHIPPING INFORMATION

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Sullivan Hardware provides nationwide shipping to all states within the US Mainland. We do not currently offer shipping services to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipments under 100 LBS, we utilize USPS and UPS for parcel ground shipping services. Parcel shipments can typically be expected within 3-4 business days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to extend this time frame based on inventory stocking and delivery delays by our carriers. We also offer Nationwide LTL shipping to the US Mainland via multiple carriers listed below. LTL Shipments can typically be expected within 10-14 days. We reserve the right to extend that window based on warehouse delays and delivery delays by our carriers. The tracking/PRO number and carrier will be provided via email confirmation at the time the order is fulfilled by our team.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We also offer white glove delivery for those located near the Indianapolis area. For grill, outdoor patio, and Christmas tree deliveries, customers are able to opt in to receive their product fully assembled at no additional cost. Additionally, for grill deliveries, our delivery team will remove and dispose of your old grill at no additional cost, if requested. We do not offer tracking services for our local white glove delivery. Our team will reach out to schedule a delivery date for all local delivery orders. Our delivery team will call 30-60 minutes prior to arriving at your location.

This will be provided once our team has fulfilled the order, and tracking information has been provided to our account. The carrier will also be provided. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inspect your items before the carrier leaves and sign the Bill of Lading with your name and a note reading "Pending Full Inspection." Upon accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver OR failing to sign the BOL, the freight has been accepted, and the consignee (customer) will be responsible for all charges thereafter.
