Best Rewards

For every $250 spent, you will receive a $5 reward issued on a monthly basis. This is a 2% value proposition. On an annual basis, customers who spend more than $1,000 are awarded a 3% rebate based on the total spend for the year. With this program, customers are eligible to receive 5% back each year.

To register your account, you will need to visit customerbestrewards.com. Your account or LC number will be required. This number can be found at the bottom of the customer reward form under the barcode.

In order for you to see how many points you have accumulated, you will first need to register your account. If this step has been completed, visit customerbestrewards.com and your points should be listed on the home page.

 In order for any changes to be made, you must first register your account. If this step has been completed, visit customerbestrewards.com then go to Update My Profile listed under the My Profile tab. You can also email office@sullivanhardware.com to make any changes.

If the points were not applied at the point of sale while visiting one of our store locations, please email a copy of the receipt to office@sullivanhardware.com as well as the phone number associated with the account. We will be able to manually enter the points for you.

For monthly rewards, there is a 6-8 week lag of when you should receive the reward in the mail. For example, for June monthly rewards, the reward should arrive mid July. For annual rebate rewards, those are mailed out in November. 

If you lost or misplaced your reward, please call the office at 317-255-9230 ext. 8 to discuss.

While the reward card you received in the mail has an expiration date, we do still accept them.

Sullivan Express to PumpkinTown

A round-trip train ride with a visit to PumpkinTown. Trick or Treating, Magic Show, Straw Playground, and 2 carnival game tokens for each kid on board the train.

Extra tokens, pumpkin decorating, s'mores kits, food and beverages available for purchase in PumpkinTown.

One ticket is equivalent to one train car. On average, a train car holds 4 adults and 2 children.

When you check in for your train, you will be given any pre purchased add-ons!

The round-trip is 15 minutes total.

On average people will stay at Pumpkintown for about 45 minutes but you are welcome to stay for as long as you want!

Sullivan Express to PumpkinTown is an outdoor experience that operates rain or shine. The train cars are enclosed and PumpkinTown is under cover. Please dress for the weather.

Sullivan Express to the North Pole

If you know you’re going to be late, please call 317-255-9230 to let us know. We will try our best to accommodate but trains run on a very tight schedule and most days we are sold out.

After leaving the station the narrated train ride will travel to the North Pole.The train will stop at the North Pole for 15 minutes for a  visit with Santa. Kids can sit on Santa's lap (OR not) and tell Santa all their Christmas wishes.  You can take all of your own pictures. There is also toys and coloring to do while you are in the North Pole. After your 15 minute visit, a train will take you back to the central station.

This experience used to be called the Non Stop Express. We have added to the experience this year and renamed it! On this experience you will go on a  15 minute non stop action packed train ride. Your train will make a brief stop at Santa’s Outpost, where Santa will be there to wave hello and take a quick selfie! All passengers will remain in their car the whole time. The stop is approximately 2 minutes. All passengers will get a cookie to enjoy on the ride back to the station! Total experience time approx 17 minutes

All of our tickets are sold (with the exception of Lunch Express and North Pole Comedy Club) by the train car. Each train car will fit approximately 4 adults and 2 small children, or the equivalent.

If you have 1-2 extra adults that don’t fit in your car, our team can escort them to the North Pole to meet you for your visit with Santa. Due to the space limitations in the North Pole and being respectful to the other families on your train we do ask that you buy enough cars to fit your entire party. The ride is enjoyable for all ages!

Yes! Stop by Sully’s Grill aka Central Station before or after your train ride for food and drinks. We will have a full menu of appetizers, entrees, and plenty of sweet treats available at Sully’s Grill. 

Yes! Please stop and grab a drink and take it with you to the North Pole!

We have added 60+ parking spaces to our lot this year! While this will really help with finding a parking space, our lot will likely still be pretty full. Please leave yourself plenty of time to park and get into the station to check in. 

You will need to check into Central Station when you arrive at Sullivan Hardware and Garden. Central station is located inside the store. Enter the front doors and follow the signs to the central station. When you check in you will be given a numbered train ticket. Trains are called by number for boarding. Listen for trains to be called!

Our North Poles are set up to allow children who are unsure of the big guy to play and keep their distance if they want. We find that some kids will work up the courage to visit with Santa during their time, some will not. Santa would also be happy to be in your picture from a distance if that works best for your family. 

Yes! And there is a baby changing station in each restroom as well.

Yes! While our train ride is open air, your visit with Santa will be in a heated building.

Yes. The train will run rain or shine! We have window coverings to keep you dry on your train ride, BUT do dress for temperature. The train route is outside.Â
